Barry Diller

Born February 2, 1942 in San Francisco, California. Raised in Beverly Hills, close to Hollywood, Diller, now famous in the media business, took one of his first jobs in the mailroom of the Morris Agency. He was hired by ABC in 1966 and was serving as the Chairman of Paramount Pictures by 1972. Paramount, during Dillers tenure, produced hits like Laverne and Shirley, Taxi, Cheers, Saturday Night Fever and India Jones.
